This chalet consists of 3 floors:

Ground floor:  When entering the chalet on the ground floor you walk into a spacious hall/garage where it is possible to store ski equipment or use the washing machine and/or dryer.  Further up is the big master bedroom with access to the balcony and a bathroom ensuite with bath. There is another double bedroom, also with access to the balcony and a built-in closet with wash basin. There third bedroom on this floor has also a double bed. Furthermore there is a separate bathroom with shower and also a separate toilet.

First floor: Spacious and lovely living/lounge area with woodstove and panoramic views over the village and the mountains. All around this floor there is a balcony with plenty of space to sit and enjoy the views and the sun. Nice dining area with a big table for 10 persons and a well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. On this floor there is also a separate toilet in the hallway, next to the front door. 

Second floor:  Another lounge area with big sofa and possibility to watch TV. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and built-in closets and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, also with built-in closets. Also on this floor a bathroom with shower. And a separate toilet.

Balcony/terrace: The balcony and terrace has plenty of space for children to play, sunbathing or enjoying the beautiful view. The chalet is also located on the south side and lies all day in the sun. Outside furniture and a barbecue make sure you can fully enjoy outside the chalet as well. 

In the garden is a wood burned hot tub which can be included in the rental.
