The ideal chalet for a vacation with the whole family or a big group of friends. The chalet is located next to the stream of Chatel, close to the big Intermarche and the important ski lifts at the Linga and Pre la Joux in the valley of Chatel. The chalet is built on a big piece of land, so there is a big garden and there are private parking spaces for at least 3 cars in front of the chalet.

The chalet consists of 3 floors but the ground floor with the garage is not included in the rental.

 

House description

 

First floor:

 

The chalet is entered on the first floor with a big modern kitchen on the left. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. Nice dining area with a big table and a sitting area with a fireplace. On the first floor are also 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with one or two singles. A large bathroom, separate toilet and access to a washing room with a washing machine and dryer are also on the first floor. Private WiFi network in the chalet.

 

Second floor:

 

On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms:

 

- One bedroom with a king-size double bed and access to the balcony on the second floor

- Another bedroom with a king-size double bed

- One bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping sofa

- A bedroom with two single beds

- A bathroom with bath and an extra toilet

- A separate toilet

 

Garden/Balcony: There is a large balcony around the entire first floor. The garden has plenty of space for children to play, sunbathing or enjoying the views.

 

Parking: There are private parking spaces in front of the chalet for at least 3 cars.
